Guy Carpenter is seeking a dynamic Head of Risk Insights & Client Advisory to join our transformation into a truly client-centric, insight-driven organization.This is a unique opportunity to apply your understanding of insurance markets, capital dynamics, and stakeholder engagement to transform risk advisory in the re-insurance industry.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing, international team to generate differentiated risk insights that empower brokers and clients alike. You will translate complex macro risks and insurance market trends into compelling narratives and tailored solutions that protect and grow our clients' capital and business. Leveraging cutting-edge AI and innovative analytics, you will drive the evolution of our advisory capabilities, positioning Guy Carpenter as the trusted advisor in the re-insurance sector.
What You'll Do:
- Apply your insurance sector equity research or investor relations expertise to create unique, data-driven risk insights and analyses for prospecting, RFPs, dashboards, and bespoke client content.
- Collaborate closely with brokers, catastrophe modelers, and clients to develop actionable solutions addressing complex risk and credit challenges specific to the insurance and re-insurance markets.
- Drive a transformation initiative to align product offerings with client needs, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of analysts across Europe and India, championing AI and technology to enhance productivity and insight generation.
- Serve as a thought leader, representing Guy Carpenter at industry conferences and shaping the future of risk advisory.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a strong foundation in insurance sector financial analysis, market dynamics, and stakeholder communication.
- Skilled at translating complex insurance and capital market data into clear, compelling insights and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experienced in leveraging advanced analytics and technology to drive business value and innovation.
- A proven leader with experience managing teams and collaborating across functions.
- An excellent communicator and storyteller, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Eager to transition your insurance equity research or investor relations expertise into a leadership role that shapes risk advisory and client solutions.
