Are you ready for a new challenge in the London insurance market?Aon is hiring Associate Directors (Broking) to join our growing Professional Services team, supporting specialist sectors including Accounting & Consulting, Design & Construction, and Lawyers. You'll help market and negotiate Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) across the Lloyd's and Company markets, working with some of the world's largest clients.

What the day will look like: - Work within a team of placing brokers to negotiate and place renewals and new business.
- Draft and review insurance contracts and issue them to clients and insurers.
- Sign contracts via electronic placing platforms (such as PPL).
- Prepare market presentations and broker submissions.
- Build strong relationships with underwriters and the wider market.
- Proactively grow your knowledge and represent Aon to clients and colleagues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:- Experience in the insurance industry (broker, insurer or professional services provider)
- Understanding of London market dynamics and core processes.
- Ability to use or quickly learn insurance IT systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
