In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include:
Lead client portfolio planning and delivery, ensuring account plans, service activity, revenue tracking, invoicing and compliance are all managed effectively.
Drive growth across Natural Resources, leading tenders, progressing new business opportunities, supporting cross‑Aon initiatives and sharing best practice regionally.
Build strategic client relationships, developing retention plans, spotting organic growth opportunities and proactively engaging clients on Risk Management, Claims, Premium Finance and wider Aon solutions.
Collaborate across Aon's Commercial Risk teams, working closely with colleagues, leaders, insurers and Genpact to deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience.
Champion culture and people, supporting a growth‑mindset environment and promoting enthusiasm, accountability, innovation and customer focus across the business.
Enhance Aon's market presence, contributing to marketing, thought leadership, industry events and initiatives that raise brand visibility in the local business community.

Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to understand complex businesses, risk issues, and deliver trusted advice.
Strong commercial and market awareness, using insight into industry forces, key players, and insurance market dynamics to guide decision‑making.
Advanced technical insurance knowledge, applying expertise to solve problems, structure solutions, and negotiate effectively.
Proven business development mindset, spotting opportunities, driving growth, and confidently setting and negotiating fees.
Leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a client‑ and people‑focused approach that gets results (ACII or equivalent desirable).
